Squid Curry Indian Style Recipe - Fish Curry and Fried Fish Served With Rice (Spicy Seafood) Calamari in Stevi's Kitchen

Clean the squids with extra care, remove the ink sacks carefully and trash it and remove the skin as well. Cut into thin circle strips which will helps to cook the meat fast and good. Squids shouldn't be over cooked so maintain the precise timings to come out really good.    

Squid - 200 gm
Vegetable Oil - 60 ml
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 3 Pieces
Ginger 1 small piece
Cloves - 2 nos
Cardamom - 2 nos
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Star hannis - 2 nos
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken Masala - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as required
Curry Leaves - as required
Cilantro - as required
Mint leaves - as required
